Echo Island Resort 2018

We had a great time camping at Echo Island Resort in Coalville. Everyone had a great time. Some went fishing, swimming, painting scarecrows, eating good food and enjoying great company.

Mountain River Ranch 2018

We had a great time camping at Mountain River Ranch in Idaho. We were taken over by horse drawn wagons to some good food and fun entertainment.

Rally 2018

The Rally this year was a lot of fun! The theme was Wild Wild West. We were recognized for being a chapter for 45 years. At the Memorial we honored Janet Smith and Afton Anderson. The Squaw Peak Sams did a wonderful job on the decorations for our chapter this year. We got a great workout by learning how to square dance. Cindy & Kevin won a prize at the prize booth. Jack's golf team took 2nd place. Kevin took 3rd place in the obstacle course. Even though there were only 4 of us we participated in the parade. Next year's theme is going to be "God Bless America."

Samboree/Rally 2017

The theme this year for the Samoree/Rally was A Great Moment in History. We were adopted by the Over the Hill Sams as we were orphans. The weather was windy and hot but the breeze was wonderful. Everyone had a great time! It is amazing the hard work that is put into making great memories. We made some Great Moments in History ourselves.

Samboree/Rally 2016

ALOHA! The theme this year for the Samoree/Rally was Hawaiian Holiday. Our Greeter's Hawaiian Hut was a big success, passing out lei's and water bottles. We weren't exactly in Paradise as the weather was so hot the first couple of days and generators were not working. The day of the parade we did have some relief with an overcast and a little rain. We had a few winners from our chapter. Congratulations to Kevin, Cindy, Gary, Jan, Larry, Linda, Jack & Pam

Ft Buenaventura

We had another great time relaxing at Ft Buenaventura Sept 9-11. We had dutch oven chicken, potatoes and carrots prepared by Wayne & Deyon. They did a wonderful job! Everyone brought a pot luck dish to share and as usual there was way too much food! This will be our last year camping at Ft Buenaventura but we are looking forward to exploring some new places to camp next year!

Mathew's Camp/Blacksmith Fork

We had a wonderful time at Mathew's Camp Aug 8-11. As usual we had Good food, good friends and good fun! We were excited that Phil and Sharon Wheeler where able to come and be our guests from the Over the Hill Club! Hope they enjoyed their stay with us as much as we enjoyed having them.
